In October 2014, it has opened the first premium mall named Parnas Mall on basement level 1 of Grand Intercontinental Seoul Parnas as part of the luxury hotel. In September 2016, the prime office tower named Parnas Tower was also opened. In addition, it operates the hotel-type residence named Sun Flower International Village located in Haiphong, the No. 1 port city of Vietnam.
